REVISED RESPONSE TO NRC BULLETIN 90-01, SUPPLEMENT 1, LOSS OF FILL-Oll IN TRANSMITTERS MANUFACTURED BY ROSEMOUNT By letter dated January 8, 1993, Consumers Power Company submitted our response to NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1 (Loss of Fill-011 in Transmitters Manufactured by Rosemount). In the Supplement response, a commitment was made to return spare transmitter (serial #377215) to Rosemount for module replacement before the end of 1993. Further review of our records shows that this transmitter along with another Model 1153 transmitter used in a low pressure application (#383159) were returned to Rosemount in June of 1991.

These transmitters were sent back to Big Rock Point in August 1991 with module replacement completed and are now in stock as spares. This action was initiated by the former I&C Supervisor just prior to his retirement.

With confirmation of this action, all actions requested by Bulletin 90-01 for Big Rock Point are considered complete.
