Subject:
Interagency Agreement No. NRC-03-84-066 Entitled " Atmospheric Transport and Diffusion Models for ERF Appraisals," Modification No.1 Pursuant to the authority of the Economy Act of 1932, as amended by 31 U.S.C. 686, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) entered into an agreement whereby the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Air Resources Laboratory Field Research Division (ARLFRD) shall provide services for the project entitled ." Atmospheric. Transport and Diffusion Models for ERF Appraisals."
Accordingly, the parties hereto mutually agree to revise the following terms of this agreement:
- 1. Under ARTICLE III - E_ stimate of Cost and Obligation of Funds, paragraph B, the amount presently obligated is increased from $35,000.00 by
$5,000.00 to $40,000.00.
II. Under ARTICLE III-- Estimate of Cost and Obligation of Funds, paragraph C, the amount allotted to FIN No. B8683 is increased f rom S35,000.00 by S5,000.00 to $40,000.00.
