NOW, THEREFORE, the following changes are made:

The period of perfornance of Task Order No. 50 is extended from March 30, 1985 through June 30, 1985, at no additional cost to the Government.

The final deliverable for this task shall be a report on " Status of Closeout of IE Bulletin 79-14" through June 30, 1985.

The period of performance of Task Order No. 53 is extended from March 30, 1985 through June 30, 1985, at no additional cost to the Government.

VI. Task Order No. 76, " Technical Assistance at Byron Nuclear Plant" Verbal authorization to initiate action on the above number Task Order was issued on November 23, 1984. On November 27, 1984, the contractor was notified that because it was discovered that the contractor individual assigned had a conflict of interest, the. Task Order was cancelled. A proposal for costs incurred for performance up to the cancellation of the Task Order was requested and received. Based on a review of the contractor's proposal, the following cost amount for work performed is hereby established:

Cost Amount - Task Order No. 76 The Total Estimated Amount of this Task Order is $2,213.08, of which $2.115.09 represents the estimated costs and $97.99 represents the fixed fee.

VII. Under ARTICLE II - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, the period of performance is hereby extended from May 30, 1985 through June 30, 1985.
