Modification No. 5 to Task Order No. 10 Under Contract No. NRC-39-89-133 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $1,000.00 which increases the obligated amount from $64,500.00 to
$65,500.00. Acordingly, the task order is hereby modified to read as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in *ts entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereot:
"The amount presently obligated to this task order is $65,500.00."
It is estimated that the funds provided by this modification are sufficient to cover performance through January 1993.
