-In a filing dated April 30, 1985, Mr. Robert Anthony, on' behalf of the Friends of the Earth, moved to reopen the proceeding referring to Applicant's " Semi-Annual Effluent Releases Report No. 1 December 22, 1984 Through December 31, 1984."
The Applicant filed its response on May 7, 1985.
