Contract 110. IJRC-28-92-209 58-3-92-2-6083 Modification No. 2 Page 2 of 2 The purpost of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amount of $25,000.00 which increases the obligated amount from $21,000.00 to $46,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Section B.3, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGAT10t1/ CONTRACT CEILING, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The ceiling amount for the work specified in Section C herein shall not exceed $181,646.40. The amount presently obligated with respect _
to this contract is $46,000.00. The contractor agrees that the work to be performed under Section C shall be accomplished within this ceilino. Any work undertaken by the contractor in excess of the '
obligation amount specified above is done so at the contractor's sole rist."
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract, including the ceiling amount of $181,646.40, remain unchanged.
