Rules of Practice, LEA had until today, May 22, to seek a stay of LBP-85-14. See 10 C.F.R. SS 2.788(a), 2.710.

We therefore consider LEA's supplement to be timely, and we clarify-that the time for filing replies to LEA's stay request should be determined by reference to its May 20 supplement. See 10 C.F.R. SS 2.788(d), 2.710.
