Transmitted herewlth are four copies of the report by. Dr. W. J. Hall and myself on the above-ment ioned plant. The report as transmitted to you has two typographical errors In spelling corrected in ink. - On page 4, paragraph 4, line 2, the word " earthquake" was misspelled and is corrected.
On page 5, line 4, the word " displaces" should be replaced by the wo rd "d isplaced."
