The proposed supplement to TSCR 194 revises the THI-1 Radiological Environmental Technical Specifications 6 9.4 and other affected specifichtions to change the reporting requirements from " semiannual" to " annual," in accordance with provisions of 10 CFR 50.36(a)(2) made effective m October 1,1992, as revised and published in FR 39353 on August 31, 1992. Acccrdingly, the next TMI-1 Semi--

Annual Effluent Release Report scheduled for March 1,1993 will be the first Annual Effluent Release Report to be made, pursuant to the revised rule.
