Subject:
Reporting of Information in Accordance with 1.ieense Conditions Gentlemen:
l Amendment 10 to Facility Operating License NPF-86 authorized the transfer of managing agent responsibilities from New Hampshire Yankee to North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation (North Atlantic), and imposed certain temporary-reporting conditions. Among these was a requirement to advise the NRC of any changes to the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) and capital expenditure budgets. North Atlantic hereby informs the NRC of the 1993 Seabrook Station O&M and capital budgets.
The 1993 O&M and capital expenditure forecasts were previously reported in a letter dated May 13,1992 [ Reference (b)] as $119.2 million and $22.8 million, respectively. The l
budgets that have now been developed for 1993, as approved by the Joint Owners, are $126,0 -
l million for O&M and $19.2 million for capital. North Atlantic will keep the NRC informed of any significant changes to these figures.
