90-20-0, dated April 3,
1992, prior to processing our revised TS Change Roquest No. 90-20-0, dated January 12, 1993.
The January 21, 1993 letter should have, but did not, include an oath or affirmation.
Accordingly, the enclosure to this letter is the affirmation for our January 21, 1993 letter.
