The purpost of this modification is to (1) revise Section C.1.5.A. to reflect the agreed "Best and Final Offer" hours for the Senior Systems programmer in addition to adding one full time Systems Programmer and (2) to increase the contract colling by $133.040.17 from $1,098,015.00 to
$1,231,055.17. Accordingly, the contract i s hereby modified as follows:

Under Section B.3. CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUNE 1988), ALTERNATE I (JUNE 1988), paragraph a. i s deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
"a.
The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $1,231,055.17, of which $1,145,167.30 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of $85,887.87 represents the i
fixed fee."

Section C.1, STATEMENT OF WORK, paragraph C. I.5, A, is revised u follows:
The number of "5160" Staf f flours for the Senior Systems Programmer is l
deleted and the n..aber of "4460" is inserted.
In addition, the following labor categury/ qualifications is added to C.1.5. A.:
" Systems Programmer (3648 Staf f Ilours)
This individual must have a minimum of 4 years as a programmer and a college degree in computer v:lence or related field or equivalent.
The experience must include 2 years as a system programmer on Data General equipment running A05/VS or AOS/VS-II.
Tasks to be j
performed include-all Basic Tasks 1 through 17 on both Data General j
and Olgital Micro Vax systems.
Period of Performance:
Date of award of-Modification No. 4 through April 30, 1994."
All other terms and conditions of the subject contract remain unchanged.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the-date of this action is given below.
-Total FY 91 obligation amount $290,000.00 Total FY 92 obligation _ amount $370,000.00 Cumulative Total of-NRC Obligations is: $660,000.00 This modificstion does not obligate any_ funds.
