Modificatinn No. 2 to Tad Order No. 13 Undar Contract No. NRC-04-90-070 The purpose of this modification is to revise the period of performance of the subject task order at no change to the total estimated amount or obligated amount to the Government.
Therefore, in accordance with the verbal authorization provided to David Goldin of S. Cohen & Associates, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
Under paragraph three of the definitization letter, the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"Tast Order No. 13 shall be in eficct from October 24, 1991 through December 31, 1992 with a total cost ceiling of $7,349.15."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of this Modification No. 2 to Task Order No.
13 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, by executive three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
