MEETING St# MARY - CONTAINMENT-ISSUES NRR,' Gulf States Utilities-(GSU) and Stone & Webster-Engineering Corporation (SWEC) met at 1:00 p.m. April 11, 1985 in the offices of General Electric Corporation in Bethesda, Maryland to review issues associated with RBS containment arising out of Technical Specification review.

During the meeting NRC requested the following information to review the RBS

Tech Spec and SER issues:

1.- Containment Leakage in PVLCS for the first 25 min. NRC position is to consider dose contribution (i.e., slug flow analysis not acceptable). Con-tainmentisolationva}veswillbetestedinaccordancewithAPPJ-(w/o-inclusion with 0.6 La iscriterion). Testing must consider venting behind valve. All valves must be in tech specs.

2. Containment Purge Isolation Rad monitor setpoint. NRC position is to limit high setpoint to 100 mR/hr or a setpoint.consistant with other downstream monitors setpoints (limitations: APP I or Part 20) GSU will provide setpoint calculations by 4/16/85 for:

A) Purge line w/ filter efficiency B) Purge line w/o filter L' C) 5 GTS line w/ filter efficiency

3. Bypass Leakage procedure. GSU Action is to confirm the. details of operator action (via procedure) 95 psid (within 5 minutes), by April 16, 1985.

4.- Containment Purge GSU'must justify / minimize number of purge hours.
