NRC Examinations at University of Washington Reactor
.On March 25-26,~ 1985,'the NRC' administered examinations to students who had
-applied for licenses to operate your University of Washington Nuclear Reactor.
As a resulti of 'these' examinations two Reactor Operator Candidates were found to meet the minimum qualification requirements for licensing.
- At the conclusion.of the examinations on March 26, 1985, the examination process and preliminary findings were discussed with members of your staff as detailed in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and enclosure (1) and (2) will-be placed'in the NRC's Public Document Room. Enclosure (3):is Personal Privacy Information_and will be withheld from public-disclosure in

accordance with 10 CFR 9.5(a)(6).
