Submittal letter for Revision 7 to the OH-142 Safety Analysis Report, Certificate of Compliance 71-9073, dated March 22, 1985.
Dear'Mr.'MacDonald:
Due to an oversight on my part, I neglected to include the following paragraph in my letter dated March 22, 1985:
The information embodied in these ' revised SAR drawings is the. property of. Nuclear Packaging, Inc., and is considered PROPRIETARY DATA per'the notice included'in the' fly-leaf.of
'the current safety Analysis Report. ' We are aware of your requirements.to place this amendment to the SAR in the Public. Documents Room.- ~ This may be done with our~permis-sion; however, - this - permission should -not be construed as a waiver of or in any way prejudicial to our lawful propri-etary. rights to this material.
It is done only to f acili-tate.the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
By this letter, permission is hereby granted to place the revised pages submitted as Revision 7 of the Safety Analysis Report, including the recently copyrighted SAR drawings, in the Public Documents Room per the paragraph quoted above.
