A deck plate above the\ shield contains three source 1 latching usemblies and a shipping cover protegting the latching assemblies- l l during shipment. No changes have been requested or made to the package design since the certificate was renewed on January 5,1987. l The certificate of compliance has been conditioned to require the packaging to be prepared, operated, and maintained in accordance with Sections 7 and 8 of the l

application.

The Certificate of Compliance has been renewed for a five-year period which expires January 31, 1998.
