LICENSE RENEWAL Thank you for your letter of November 23, 1992, enclosing Northern States Power (NSP) Company's paper of November 20, 1992, concerning its perspectives on the license renewal process as stated in the final license renewal rule (10 CFR Part 54).
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) senior management is reviewing -
the final license renewal rule, approaches to implementation, and various comments raised by the industry, including the NSP paper.
The outcome of this-review will be discussed with the Commission in a meeting to be scheduled in early March 1993.
