-Page 2 of 2 The purpose of thfs modification is: (1) to provide FY93 incremental funds in the amount of $330,000. Accordingly, the Interagency Agreement is modified as follows:
- 1. " Estimated Cost and Obligation" in the Interagency Agreement is revised as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this Interagency Agreement is $1,713,275." Requests for payment must cite the following funding data:
FIN NO.: L1964 B&R No.: 370-19-609-301 A sunnary of obligations for this agreement, from award date through the date of this actian is given below:
l Total FY 91 Obligation Amount: $210,000 Total FY 92 Obligation Amount: $834,275 Total FY 93 Obligation Amount: $669,000 Cumulative total of NRC obligations $1,713,275 This modification obligates FY 93 funds in the amount $330,000.-
All other terms and conditions of this Interagency Agreement remain the same.
