NRC-32-83-685 Modification No. 15 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to change the Technical Representative's name.
Accordingly, the following change is hereby-made:
1.
Section III, paragraph F.,
is deleted in its entirety and_the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:
" F.
The State will notify the NRC Region V Technical Representative, Mr. Rey Bocanegra, by telephone (415-943-3700, FTS 463-3700) and written confirmation as soon as practicable af ter it becomes aware of any observed unusual condition, level of radiation, or concentrations or radioactive material measured in carrying out the programs at individual sites."
All other terms and conditions of this Cooperative Agreement remain unchanged.
