CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-91-071, TASK ORDER NO. 4, MODIFICATION NO. 1 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of pe: .ormance to December 31, 1993 at no additional cost to the government. The delay was caused by the difficulties surrounding the selection of a suitable sub-contractor.
Therefore, the expiration date of the period of performance of the subject task _ order is hereby extended from December 8,.1992 to December 31, 1993 at no additional cost to the government.
The issuance of this modification is at no additional cost to the government and does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order including the ceiling amount of $149,463.00.
please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. I to Task Order No. 4 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator, Ms. Amy Siller. You should retain the third copy for your records.
