1 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance to l June 30, 1993 at nc additional cost to the government. Part 5 of the task order involves technical support for the resolutkn of Generic Issue 153 The proposed resolution is being reviewed by Office of Nuclear Regulatory )
Research management and Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation technical l staff. It is expected to be reviewed by ACRS and CRGR during the first quarter of FY 1993. Because of-the time needed by NRC to make a.
determination on the proposed resciution of the issue, the period of-performance should be extended to June 30, 1993.
Therefore, the expiration date of the period of performance of the subject task order is hereby extended from September 30, 1992 to June 30, 1993 at no additional cost to the government.
The issuance of this modification is at no additional cost to the government and does not amend any other terms or conditions-of the subject task order including the ceiling amount of $85,767.00.
Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 3 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator, Ms. Amy Siller. You should retain the third copy for your records.
