Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 13 Under Contract No.
NRC-03-90-027 Entitled " Review of Comanche Peak Transient Analysis Methodology" (FIN L-1318)
This task order modification provides for an extension to the period of performance of the subject task order, at no additional cost or obligation to the Government, due to significant delays in receipt of responses from the licensees.
Therefore, in accordance with the Task Order Procedures of the subject contract, this letter definitizos Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 13.
The issuance of this modification does not change any other terms or conditions of the task order including the ceiling amount of $32,805.00, As a result of the above, the period of performance for Task Order No.13 is hereby extended from December 31, 1992 to June 30, 1993.
The effective date of this modification is December 29, 1992.
Acceptance of this modification should be made by executing three copies _of this document in the space provided and returning two copies to the Contract Administrator identified below.
The third copy may be retained for your records.
