Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages, Approval No. 0643 expired on December 31, 1992.
If you are an NRC licensee and conduct activities under.the General Licenses of Subpart C of_10 CFR Part 71, or an Agreement l
State Licensee subject to-the requirements of 10 CFR Part-71, as required by 10-CFR S 150.20, a QA Program approved by the Commission as satisfying the provisions of Subpart~H of_10 CFR1 Part 71 is required.
Since you no longer have a_ valid QA, Program Approval, the General Licenses of Subpart C of 10 CFR-Part'71.and registration under the provisions of 10 CFR S-71.12, to trans-port or deliver licensed material to a carrier-for transport is-terminated.
This. includes your registration as a user of certificate of Compliance Nos. 6717, 9127, 9128,'and.9156.
However, we have registered you for the use'of these packages under the provisions of 49 CFR 173.471.
