l. Article V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, Paragraph A., Consideration.

Paragraph 2., is revised to resd as follows: '

I "2, The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this cooperative agreement for the DY-1992 effort is $2,300 The total amount obligated since inception of this agreement is 'i increosed by $1,725 from $16,925 to $18,650." i All other terms and conditions under this Cooperative Agreement- remain unchanged. ,
