Dear Mr. Denton:
Georgia Power Company, acting on its own behalf and as agent for Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, and the City of Dalton, Georgia, hereby submits Revision 1 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Emergency Plan (EP).
This revision addresses the NRC questions that have arisen during the review of Revision 0 of this plan.
It also addresses additional information discussed at the site visit on April 30 and May 1 and 2 of this year.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.30, ten (10) copies of Revision l' are submitted for your use.
In addition, three (3) copies of the plan are being transmitted by copy of this letter to the Region II Regional Administrator.
