This refers 'to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. E. Oller of this office
'on March 26-28, 1985, of your facility at Van Nuys, California, and to the
. discussions of our findings with Mr. P. O. Milinazzo and 'other members of the .
plant staff ~at the conclusion of the inspection.
-The pu) pose of this inspection.was to collect information concerning valve i
. operation and maintenance manuals and 10 CFR Part 21 notifications sent.to your customers. Additionally, a followup was performed of report concerning Perry Station; a Bellefonte 50.55(e)your 10aCFR-Part Comanche21

report, Peak 50.55(e) report, and status of previous inspection findings.
Areas examined-during-the inspection ~and our findings are discussed in the ,
enclosed report.- Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an examina -
tion of' procedures and representative records,-interviews with personnel, and'
' observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to.
meet:NRC requirements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's
-Public Document Room.
