COMPARIS0N Wi1H NRC AUTHORITY FILE Enclosed is find a copy of the Technical Specifications (TS) from the NRC authority file.

Mr. Keith Young from your staff had requested this copy so that he could compare the NRC authority file with the DAEC controlled TS.

In light of the various discrepancies found in your previous review in May of 1992 and items raised recently by the NRC staff, Mr. Young agreed to make this comparison so that any discrepancies may be addressed and reconciled.

Please provide a schedule as to when this comparison may be completed so that we may schehle a meeting to determine the actions that need to be taken to resolve the discrepancies.
