FEDERAL REGISTER NOTICE AND DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY FOR CERTAIN FEDERAL FACILITY NUCLEAR MATERIALS LICENSEES The enclosed package contains the above items and related in?onnation, including a cover memorandum to the EDO. This action revises 10 CFR Parts 30, 40, and 70, by decentralizing the licensing authority for all Federal facilities other than the United States Air Force and Navy. The Delegation of Authority requires your signature before it can be sent to the E00 for final signature. The. Federal Register notice needs your concurrence before it can be forwarded to the EDO for publication. The Congressional letters also require your signature, but should be forwarded to the Office of Congressional Affairs for dating and dispatching. The entire package has been reviewed and approved by the Office of the Executive Legal Director, the Office of Congressional Affairs, and the Division of Rules and Records.
