Invoice Number AM07074-92 and Future Payment of Fees Invoice AM07074-92 for fiscal year 1992 was paid in its full amount of
$62,950 in September, 1992.
This fee was assessed to StoriGenics International as a fabricator and user of' shipping containers under Certificate Number 0524.
The shipping cor. tainers that are registered under Certificate Number 0524 were removed from the certificate of compliance in April,1992. However, SteriGenics International was required to pay the full fees as a fabricator and -
user for the entire fiscal year 1992.
These shipping containers have not been reinstated for use.
Therefore, it is our understanding that StoriGenics International should not be liable for payment of fabricator fees for the fiscal year 1993.
