(NELIA), Mutual Atomic Energy Liability-Underwriters (MAELU), and the Nuclear )

Regulatory.Comcission.(NRC) of Yankee Atomic _ Electric _ Company's (YAEC) intention to=  ;

cancel and terminate the above-named certificates of insurance ar.d--their associated bond for payment of retrospective premiums pertaining-to the Yankee Nuclear-Power ",

Station'(YNPS). This notification is made pursuant to Condition 16,1" Cancellation',
