NRC-29-83-622 Modification No. 12 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding in the amnunt of 533,450 for CY 1992. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made:
- 1. Article V - CONSIDERATION AND PAYMENT, Paragraph A., Consideration, Paragraph 2. , is revised to read as follows:
"2. The amount presently obligated by the Commission with respect to this cooperative agreement for the CY-1992 effort is $44,600.
The total emrunt obligated since inception of this agreement is l increased by 533,450 from 5330,100 to $363,550."
All other terms and conditions under this Cooperative Agreement remain unchanged.
