Enclosed, please find six (6) copies of Revision 14 to the Byron Station Security Plan which has been revised to address operational concerns during the construction phase of Byror.
Station.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54p, we have determined that these changes to the Security Plan do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21.
