NOTICE AND ORDER DESIGNATING TIME AND 1DCATION OF PREllEARING CONFERENCE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to the order of_the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (the Board) issued on November 28, ,

1973, convening _a second prehearing conference in this-pro-ceeding, the Board will hold a prehearing conference on March 19, 1974, at 10:00 a.m., local time, in the Pioneer Suito, The Saint Paul liilton, 11 East Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101.

The purposes of the prehearing conference are to-permit identification of the key issues in the proceeding, to .

establish a schedule _for further actions in-the_ proceeding, and to deal with such other of the matters stated in Section 2.752 of the Commission's Rules of Practice (10 CFR Part 2, $2 752) as may be appropriate.

1 Members of the public may attend this prehearing conference as well as the evidentiary hearing which will  ;

be held at a later time to be fixed by the Board, llow-ever, members of the public who may wish to participa te in the hearing by way of limited appearances will not be permitted to do so at the prehearing conference. Oral -

ances will be received.by the Board at the time of the aforementioned evidentiary hearing.

It is ordered that the parties or their representatives shall conduct such informal conferences as may be practicable to expedite the proceeding and in particular to advance the purposes of the prehearing conference.
