SUBJECT:
PROFESSIONAL DISSENTING OPINION (DSO) CONCERNING OPERABILITY OF 120 VAC VITAL BUSES Earlier this year, I submitted a DSO over the Director of NRR, Division of Licensing, interpretation that a 120 VAC vital bus could be considered operable with non-Class lE power supplied to it.
