ORDER The NRC staff has requested an extension of time in which to-file its brief with regard to the pending appeals from the Licensing Board's third partial initial decision.
The request is unopposed, although the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania believes that other parties filing responsive briefs should be granted an equivalent extension.

For good cause shown, the staff's motion is granted.
The time for filing the staff's brief is extended to August 16, 1985.
The time for filing all other responsive briefs is extended to Aucust 6, 1985.
