Dear Mr. Chernoff:
i By letter dated February 7,1991, you sent us a copy of Project Interface Document (PID) No. 03-S-30 for the Durango, Colorado, Uranium Mill Tailings Remedial-Action Project site. Your transmittal stated that you had sent the PID to us previously with a Class II designation. During our review of the Final Remedial Action Plan for Durango, we searched our files but were unable to find the PID or any record of our receiving it. As the February ~7,
