By letters dated February 6 and September 16, 1392, you submitted information to support your request for canceling a commitment to implement seven humat engineering di:,trepancies (HEDs) at Hatch Nuclear P' ant, Unit 2, regarding regrouping and relocating of seven annunciators.
The NRC staff has reviewed your submittals, and had conducted an onsite control room review on July 8,1992, to examine the differences in the atinunciator arrangew. eats between Units 1 and 2.
