REFERENCE:
Docket No. 70-1201, SNM-1168 B&W Fuel Company's Commercial Nuclear Fuel Plan (CNFP) revised it's Radiological Contingency Plan in accordance with condition 20 of.our SNM license.
These changes were submitted December 11, 1992.
As discussed with Sean Soong of your staff, further revisions were required in order to complete the amendment rcquest.
These changes have been made and six copies of page 33 of the RCP and page 8-1 of our license are included for your review.
These revisions replace the December 11, 1992 submittal in it's entirety.
As mentioned in the December 11, 1992 submittal, upon NRC approval of the 8-13-92 Emergency Plan these changes will be incorporated in it.
