Tenting Service no longer wishes to participate in the NilC's Quality Asnurance Program.
Baned upon recent contact with Datiicl 4
K McGhee of the Iowa Department of Public Health IITS has been informed that in unnecessary for this company to participate in the NRC program.
TITS han been inspected by the Iovo Department of Public Health and in in compliance with their requirementes, therefore there in no need to be a member of the NRC's program.
We have also been informed by the State of Iowa that it is neces-nary to submit information regarding our exposure devices no they can be regintered with the NRC. We have three (3) exposure de-vices as follows
- 1) Amertent 660B SN-B1008
?) Amertent 660B SN-B1009
- 3) Amertest 660B SN-B1041 All devices have 140 CI maximum capacity for IRD-192.
