The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the findings of an inspection performed at the -Zion Nuclear Station, Unit 1, which identified a Severity Level IV violation of NRC requirements, An inspection report will be provided to you prior to our scheduled meeting.
At the enforceraent conference, you shoulu be prepared to provide an oral presentation and a concise written handout addressing the root causes and contributing factors for the violation and any corrective-actions you have taken or planned.
In addition, you should address recent personnel error events at Zion, which include the following: foreign object damage to the 1A AFW pump, Unit 2 AFW-support damage, ILRT valve lineup errors, and inadvertent steam dump isolation:
