NRC-09-92-202 Modification No. 3 Page 2 of 2 This modification obligates incremental funds of $400,000.00 which thereby increases the obligated amount of this contract from $145,000.00 to
$545,000.00.
Accordingly, Subsection B.3 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:
"B.3 - CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATI0i'--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988)
ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991)
- a. The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract _is $858,984.00, of which the sum of $795,355.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $63,629.00 represents the fixed fee,
- b. There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work,
- c. The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $545,000.00. This amount shall not be exceeded until notice is provided to you that additional funds are available,
- d. It is estimated that the amount currently-allotted will cover performance through May 31, 1994."
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY92 Obligation Amount: $145,000.00 Total FY93 Obligation Amount: $400,000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $545,000.00 This modification obligates FY93 funds in the amount of
$400,000.00.
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
