Dear Sir:
As discussed in the revised Appendix E to 10 CFR'50, Section
'VI.4(a), contained-.in the " Emergency Response Data SystM; Final Rule" dated August 13, 1991-(56 FR 40185),-licensees were required to participate in the Emergency Response ' Data - System (ERDS) program.
As a part of this program, each licensee was required to complete the implementation to the ERDS-by February 13,.1993, or before initial escalation to full power.

L6cument Contrcl Desk January 20, 1993 Page 2 In accordance with this requirement, Philadelphia Electric Company (PECo) has completed the installation and testing of the ERDS for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3, and for Limerick Generating Station (LGS), Units 1 and 2.
The ERDS has been implemented at both stations.
