r Our firm represents Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the above-referenced litigation. In order to develop inforr.ation that will assist Westinghouse in this case, we wish to make a request under the authority of the Fieslom of Information Act, 5 United States Code S 552, and 10 Code of Federal Regulations S 9.23 for certain documents in the possession of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
