r Our firm represents Westinghouse Electric Corporation in the above-referenced litigation.

In order to develop inforr.ation that will assist Westinghouse in this case, we wish to make a request under the authority of the Fieslom of Information Act, 5 United States Code S 552, and 10 Code of Federal Regulations S 9.23 for certain documents in the possession of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

This request is for all docu'ents concerning the NRC Inspection of MCCB Adjustment Procedures at Susquehanna Steam Electric Station--URC Docket No. 50-387/380, and including, but not limited to, File No. RI-89-A-0072.

In addition to all documents relating to the Report issued oy Region I of the Nuclear Regulatory Com:nission on March 6, 1990 following its Inspection of Susquehanna Units 1 and 2 on January 22. through 26, 1990 (hereinafter the " Report"), we wish to obtain copies of any and all subsequent reports, noten, investigations, or dissenting opinions issued by ar_yone at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission-aso U 10130-a M> -
