Unlimited, a local citizens group concerned with matters of public health and safety, to intervene at the n:ay 25, 1967 hearing for a contruction per it to be issued to Northern States Power Company.-
I would greatly appreciate a copy of Part 50," Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilition," and Part 2
" Rules of Practise," of the regulations in Title 10,.
Code of Federal Regulations. In addition, I would appreciate a copy of the Atomic Energy Act of 19%, as amended, and any additional information that would assist interested citizens in complying with the established procedures of the Atomic Energy Co=misesion and the Atomic safety and Licensing Board.
