Dear Congressman Emerson:
I am responding to your letter dated November 13, 1992, written oa behalf of your constituent, Mr. Floyd Bounds, Hospital Administrator, Madison Memorial Hospital, regarding NRC Form 526 and his attempts to speak to the NRC regarding his fees in the past two weeks.
Doug Weiss of our staff contacted Mr. Bounds on November 24, 1992, and has sent him NRC Form 526 for FY 1991 and FY 1992 by facsimile.
If Madison Memorial Hospital meets the size standards as established by NRC for small businesses, the FY 1991 and FY 1992 annual fees will be adjusted accordingly.
