Un June 21, Applicants in the above styled proceeding notified Intervenors Campaign for a Presperous Georgia and Georgians Against Nuclear Energy that its " Preliminary Draft" Emergency Response Plan for Burke County, filed in May, is now its " final" Emergency Response Plan for Burke County and that it will not file an emergency response plan for Richmond County. The Licensing Board gave Intervenors thirty days from completion of the final Emergency Response Plans for Burke County and Richmond l
County to provide contentions related thereto.
l Enclosed is the Intervenors' new contention relating to emergency response at Plant Vogtle.
