Un June 21, Applicants in the above styled proceeding notified Intervenors Campaign for a Presperous Georgia and Georgians Against Nuclear Energy that its " Preliminary Draft" Emergency Response Plan for Burke County, filed in May, is now its " final" Emergency Response Plan for Burke County and that it will not file an emergency response plan for Richmond County. The Licensing Board gave Intervenors thirty days
