NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-445/93 01; 50-446/93-01
This refers to the inspection conducted by Messrs. P. Wagner and L. E11ershaw
of this office from January 4-8, 1993.
The inspection included a review of
activities authorized for your Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1
and 2, facility.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were
discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report..
Areas examined during this inspection included the corrective' action and self-
assessment programs.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and review of completed activities.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations orLdeviations were

identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy
of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document
Room.
