NORTIIERN STATES POWER (DMPANY 30TICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMI2iT TO PPDVISIONAL OPERATING LICENSE Notice is heroby given that the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No. 9 to Provisional Operating License Mo. DPR-22 issued to the Morthern States Power Cortpany (the licensee) which revised Technical Specifications for operation of the
!!onticello Muclear Generatin ; flant, located in Uright County, Minncoota. The amendment is effcetive as of its date of issuance.
The amendment corrects typographical errors and clarifies the intent of several Technical Specifications.
The application for the amendment conplies with the standards and requirceents of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act),
and the Cornission's rules and ragulations. The Comission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Cornission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment. Prior public notice of this amendment is not required since the anendnant does not involve a significant hazardo consideration.
