DPR-22 issuel to the trthern States Power Company (the licensce) for operation of the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant (the facility) located in Wright County, Minnesota, and currently authorized for operation at power. lovels itp to 1670 mkt.

Tho amendment would change the provisions of the Technical Specifi-cations for the facility to incorporate operating limits baced on the General E1cetric %ernal Malysis Dasis in accordanco with the licensee's application for license rrendment dated " arch 12, 1975.

Prior to issuance of the proposed licenso arendnent, the Commission will have made the Cindings required by the Act and the Comraission's rules and regulations.
